You now have a unique opportunity to enjoy a four-course dinner specially created by the Executive Chef of Hansa Caf\u00e9 Bar & Brasserie, inspired by the cognacs of Hine. During the dinner, guests will have the rare chance to experience two truly remarkable cognacs: Hine Early Landed<\/strong> and Hine 1975<\/strong>. Only 30 seats are available for each dinner, so we highly recommend making your reservation well in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Paul Szersnovicz<\/strong>, Hine Cognac’s Ma\u00eetre de Chai (Cellar Master). Born in Cognac, Paul Szersnovicz continues the centuries-old tradition of savoir-faire at one of the region’s most respected cognac houses. He joined Hine in 2021 alongside \u00c9ric Forget and assumed the role of Ma\u00eetre de Chai in early 2025. Combining extensive expertise in wine and cognac with deep local knowledge, he is dedicated to preserving and refining Hine’s distinctive style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hine Early Landed<\/strong> is distilled in France’s Cognac region but matured in the cool, damp cellars of the United Kingdom. This unusual ageing process slows maturation and imparts delicate floral and elegant nuances to the aroma and flavour. The founder of Hine, Thomas Hine, was originally from Dorset, England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hine 1975<\/strong> is an exceptional vintage cognac produced from the 1975 harvest of a single vineyard plot in the Grande Champagne cru. The cognac was aged for 50 years before its release in 2025. It is an extraordinarily rare expression, with only 500 magnificent numbered porcelain decanters ever produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
