Breakfast & Brunch
Our breakfast is handmade from start to finish: breads are baked using our own sourdough or leftover porridge, and all jams and granolas are made in-house. Our in-house pastry chef prepares fresh, melt-in-your-mouth pastries every morning. We use only ingredients from valued producers.
On Saturdays and Sundays, our brunch is built around this lovingly prepared breakfast, complemented by hearty salads, delicious brunch dishes from the kitchen, and — if you wish — a glass of sparkling wine or champagne.
Lunch & Dinner
Our weekly changing lunch menu follows the flavors of the season, combining local ingredients with international influences and a modern brasserie twist.
For dinner, we serve brasserie-style dishes where classic techniques meet contemporary flavors. A place where history and modernity walk hand in hand — welcome.
Cocktails, Wines & Events
Classic cocktails and sparkling delights come together on Fridays and Saturdays in a Beats & Bubbles atmosphere, as the DJ sets the rhythm and our lobby bar fills with weekend energy. Stay tuned throughout the year, we host a variety of special events from Christmas lunches to wine dinners.
