Four Temperaments Mead -cocktail

May Day atmosphere invites you to Hansa Café Bar & Brasserie and Kupoli to enjoy the new Four Temperament Mead cocktail.

The cocktail’s name was inspired by the four statues above the main entrance of NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa. The statues, sculpted by Johannes Haapasalo, depict the four temperaments defined by Galen: melancholic, sanguine, phlegmatic, and choleric.

The flavor profile of the cocktail is built from the following ingredients: pink grapefruit, lemon, brown sugar, rosemary, homemade mead, scotch whisky, peach liqueur.

Four Temperaments Mead is available at Kupoli and Hansa Café Bar & Brasserie from April 15 to May 2.
