A Celebration of Basque Flavors
The celebration of Basque flavors reaches its peak as the renowned Basque chef Aitor Fernández brings the vibrant tastes of Bilbao to NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa for three unique evenings.
Fernández has won numerous national culinary awards and has worked in some of Spain’s most prestigious kitchens, including El Celler de Can Roca, Enoteca, and currently the three-Michelin-starred Cenador de Amós.
He currently leads La Palma in Bilbao, which was named Best Restaurant Concept of 2024 and has been recognized for, among other things, the best cod pintxo and the best Idiazabal cheese pintxo.
The exclusive Basque dinners, designed and prepared by Fernández himself, will be served at Hansa Café Brasserie on Wednesday, 27 August, Thursday, 28 August, and Friday, 29 August 2025, from 18:00 to 21:30.
